Learn how to sew or sharpen your skills in this beginner sampler series. You will make nine different blocks while learning about color theory and the proper methods for cutting, pressing, sewing and piecing.
Come ready to learn or re-learn! This is a beginner friendly series!
Please bring your own sewing machine plus all it's accoutrements, thread snips, thread, pins, machine needles, hand sewing needles, and a rotary cutter (optional). It is a good idea to bring a notebook and pen, too. You may bring a non-alcoholic drink and a snack, if you like.
You will need:
1 1/2 yards background fabric
1/8-1/3 yard of 9-21 different fabrics
1/2 yard binding
3 yards backing
